BBH: Building our Digital Capabilities

Turning BBH’s digital offering into a force to be reckoned with.

The task: Make an agency known mostly for its beautiful impactful ad films recognized as providing great work across media and touch points - especially digital.

To get there, we established a clear point of view for BBH’s approach to digital – including what that means for social.

We also kicked off internal digital education workstreams including Cheat Codes (weekly sessions explaining different digital platforms and opportunities), and I write a weekly newsletter of the latest digital developments that goes to Tesco and the agency (a slightly spicier version).

Results:

  • A clear positioning of what digital at BBH means, and the foundations to deliver great social & digital work

  • Continuously improved social & digital work

  • Won social business from existing clients including Barclays
